Contracts of Sale can be exchanged in two ways.
Exchange of Contracts without a Cooling off Period can occur in two ways. By Auction or by service of a Section 66W Certificate signed
by our Licensed Conveyancer Joanne Doueihi. Steps normally undertaken during the cooling off period stage will need to take place
prior to exchange of contracts.
After exchange is where the bulk of the conveyancing transaction occurs. At All Round Conveyancing we strive to provide you with quality service at minimum stress to you.
1. That all the appropriate searches are undertaken and all necessary documentation required
for your conveyance are completed.
2. We will complete all appointments for your settlem ent and ensure the necessary adjustments to your rates are completed
accurately.
Settlement phase is the final process of the conveyancing process. At All Round Conveyancing we will:
1. Complete settlement on your behalf.
2. Advise you once settlement has occurred.
